Azucena Gonzalez
Azucena González, an interdisciplinary artist born in Valencia in 1981. Her work encompasses painting, drawing, sculpture, and performance. Her artwork explores various themes, such as the perception of landscapes through walking, the everyday, and complex human relationships.
She graduated in Fine Arts from the Faculty of San Carlos at the Polytechnic University of Valencia in 2006 and completed her Official Master's Degree in Art Production at the same institution in 2008.
Her artwork has been featured in a variety of solo and group exhibitions in Spain and abroad, and it can be found in both private and public collections, including the Art Mustang Collection in Elche, Alicante. Her work has been showcased in art festivals and fairs in Spain and internationally. Additionally, she has received recognition and awards throughout her career, including the Mr. Pink Gallery Prize at the Incubarte Festival in 2011 and the First International Manolo Valdés Prize in 2008.
Her work has been published in prominent platforms, such as El Mundo, Plataforma PAC, and National Geographic Traveler, among others.
