Each work, for me, is a journey. I explore the everyday, capturing urban fragments through layered visual maps: notes, sketches, photographs, digital deconstructions, leading to painting with acrylics and materials like sand and earth, which add a tactile, material dimension.
The suspended and intimate atmosphere of Edward Hopper’s works has deeply influenced my perspective, encouraging me to uncover the hidden poetry in the simplest details of reality.
I don’t intentionally assign symbolic meanings to my works: each element stems from a purely formal need, but in the process, it opens up to new interpretations and directions.
My works weave together intimate spaces and geographies with the constant flow of change, seeking to capture the essence of what is visible and what is sensed. I invite the viewer to move beyond the boundaries of the everyday, to discover new connections between reality and imagination.
