Positively Empowered Kids (PEK) is a UK-based Community Interest Company focused on promoting positive mental health and resilience in children, families, and educators. Founded in 2019, PEK provides early intervention tools and resources to help children build emotional intelligence, confidence, and self-awareness. Their mission is to empower young people to discover their strengths and thrive in all areas of life.

PEK offers a variety of programs including “Youth Voice in Action,” which encourages children to take an active role in shaping their wellbeing, and “Resilience Leaders,” which supports students in developing practical mental health strategies. They also deliver wellbeing training for educators and run workshops for parents to better support children’s emotional development. In addition to these services, PEK hosts community events and festivals that engage families through creative and wellbeing-focused activities.

Through its corporate arm, Positively Empowered People, the organization partners with businesses to improve staff wellbeing and create lasting impact in communities. PEK welcomes collaborations, sponsorships, and donations to help expand its reach and continue empowering the next generation.
